Odd Shape - Dresses

This would be a lovely dress but... except it's as wide as it is long. I don't know who did it, but their idea of how dogs are made is very strange. If he had the right shape, he would be very cute. Unfortunately the design, while incredibly soft and appears to be of good quality, is seriously flawed. I will try to get my money back. It's just unforgivable.
