DelightBox Stainless Barbecue Skewers Ring Tip Review

I don't like soaking and spearing bamboo so this fits. Don't expect much, but for the price you really can't. You need to handle them like bamboo skewers by lifting both ends or using tongs. Hopefully they last a while, otherwise use bamboo disposables or get REAL skewers.

I chose them because of the incredibly good price. They worked fine. Easy cleaning etc. Next time I would probably choose a set with wooden ends to hold them as they got very hot and were hard even from the bumps. However, I knew this was happening, so it's not the fault of the product or the seller. I will use thede again until I buy at a higher price

I got tired of buying pack after pack of bamboo skewers, let alone trying to take them off the grill if they caught fire, so I grabbed a pack of these. This is a great choice if you're making a lot of kebabs! The flattened shape prevents food from spinning when you turn it over, while the flared tips prevent it from falling. The loops at the end are very helpful when you need to remove them from the grill. And best of all, they don't catch fire!

They were great for some of the kebabs we made for the fourth time this year. One downside to the wooden versions was that the ingredients slide and slide on them a lot more, making it difficult to keep even spacing during the assembly/cooking process. After seeing the rave reviews I bought this to keep the fins in place on my Kamado Joe. The packaging was good, the usual thin plastic bag was a bit torn when I received it. I'm not a metallurgist so I can't tell you if it's really stainless steel, but compared to other stainless steel items the finish is different. Fast shipping. Skewers work well, but be aware they get very hot on the grill! We are used to using wooden/bamboo skewers and have decided to switch to these stainless steel skewers.
