Aesthetics could suit T. Stark

Red and black, aesthetics could suit T. Stark, I could enjoy something more subtle "Because there's nothing left to complain about. The CF card slot does its best to overcome the shortcomings of the original drive design. A very rare event. The SD slot also works well. Transfer times are excellent on my iMac. I don't know what the real speed is, but it's fast. I also appreciate the rubber lid that keeps dirt and spilled soup out.

Doesn't read SmartMedia cards even though it shows up

This is a good card reader, but the representation of the supported memory card types is a bit misleading. Reads microSD and SD cards with no problems. However, its graphic showing what cards it supports clearly shows the SmartMedia card. The only problem is that it doesn't support this format. I bought it because I was under the impression that it would read both XD and SM media, but I was only half right. I have some old memory cards that I want to check the contents of and I don't think I've

Excellent card reader No bent contacts No misreads

Excellent card reader. Read a heck of a lot of any user experience with this reader, especially 1-star reviews first. I checked each pin for loose contacts with a flashlight and Teflon-tipped tweezers. Nothing found. A few days later I noticed a broken USB cable and called Delkin across the street from where I live. They in Poway, California. I spoke to a very helpful guy who said he would send a new cable ASAP no receipt no ID just my address and I gave him my email address and told him to…

Incomplete image transfer from SD card

I have been using this product for a little over a month. I use it to transfer pictures from SD cards to my computer. The main problem I had was that some images (20-50 out of 1000) were only partially transferred. It's like the bottom third of the image is completely missing. At first I thought the SD cards were corrupt, but this happened with OLD and NEW cards. Also, the images look fine when I insert the SD cards into the camera, and most of the time I try copying the images again and it…

Thumbs up - great speed and design, with one exception.

Significantly increased speed from 80-90Mbps to over 150Mbps when using the new V90 SD card. Negative points are blue light. It is what "speaks" to you. The first is always on. If there is no card inside, or if you remove it, it should turn off to confirm its inactivity. When the download is in progress, the indicator should flash, indicating that some action is taking place. When charging, the blue indicator light flickers "slightly" similar to voltage dips, not very pleased that it works…

This card reader can read OLD memory cards!

I have an old Sony Cybershot camera (bought in the early 2000's) that stopped working a few years ago and used Memory Stick Pro Duo flash drives. (The memory card in its adapter can be seen in the photo of the reader.) I only kept the old all-in-one printer because it had a slot for old memory cards and that was the only way I could access the photos on them. Recently the all-in-one stopped working and I lost access to my photos. I found this card reader at Revain and it was the only one that…

0 readers) and I like that the cable is firmly attached

Purchased with a Sandisk Extreme Pro 128GB SD card. That's nothing compared to my old USB 2.0 reader and slower 16GB cards (although it more than doubles the read speeds of my older cards). In tests, the new combination shows a write speed of 72 MB/s when copying a folder from my desktop to a new card. I then copied the folder from the card back to my desktop. Read speeds initially topped 5GB/s and then stabilized between 87-94MB/s when copying a 7GB folder of mixed raw images and .mov movies…

Easy-to-use card reader, images transfer quickly!

I've been using a USB 2 card reader for many years, it's good for hundreds of pictures but becomes a problem with many pictures. I have used a Belkin USB 2 media reader which works well and has been a reliable workhorse for many years. But with more images to transfer and USB 3 available, I decided to upgrade. This inexpensive multicard reader accepts all cards listed in the description and is FAST! 20-30 minutes USB Reader 2 transfer now takes 3 minutes. Huge difference. USB 3 vs USB 2 – day…
