Great upgrade for my wife's failed 45w charger

My wife's original Dell 45w charger failed and the laptop gave an unrecognized charger error and would not charge. I bought this 65w unit as a replacement and it worked great. I bought a second one so she can have a charger wherever she needs it.

Not as advertised!: Notebook Accessories

This product is listed as compatible with a specific computer model number when the actual connection is incorrect and too small. It is not suitable for Dell Latitude E6510. Maybe you sent me the wrong item? Maybe after so many products I chose the wrong one? Anyway, I couldn't use it.

DO NOT BUY THIS. I POSTED THIS, THINK I WOULD GET A DELL CHARGER, THERE IS NO DELL ON MINE THAT I CAN FIND. THIS SEEMS TO WORK OK AT FIRST. BUT THE CHARGER IS REALLY NOT FOR MY COMPUTER. Returning my purchase

This is the perfect power cord for my Dell Inspiron laptop except the tip that plugs into the computer was too small. I didn't know there were different tip sizes as it wasn't mentioned in the description. I need a cable with a diameter of 7mm, this one was 5mm. If you need a 5mm tip, this cable will work just fine. Not Good Enough - Computers & Accessories

Looks real and works with one big problem. When the computer boots up, it freezes at a screen that says "Warning! The power and type of the power supply cannot be determined. The system will adjust performance based on the available power." The box is checked on the computer to never show this message. Again, what's changing about the system? I'm glad to know there's a problem with this, and will keep looking for the right adapter for my computer. It doesn't look like a legitimate power source…

This is the "factory replacement " cable that is frayed on the laptop connector

This is my third unit on my 4.5 year old Dell laptop. My newest 4mm connector at the insertion point, same as original equipment. This new one is perfect. Original replacement device.
