I used a fake cable for my Dell but I had problems with my laptop. When I took it to a computer repair shop they told me the fake will last a while and then they can fry the laptop! I was offered to go to Amazon and find the real Dell. After my computer was repaired I started using this charging cable and it works just like the original one that came with the laptop. In fact, I like it better when the end of the charging cable lights up next to the computer and I know it's working!

Although our 2015 Dell model was listed AND a Dell tech told me it was a part number, it had the wrong connector to fit the computer. The return was quick and uncomplicated.

There is an indicator at the end of the computer cable that lights up when the other end of the cable is plugged into an outlet, so you can always see if you have a good network connection. There's even a small clip to help wrap the cord for portability. The power supply itself is relatively small and light.

I bought this to replace the original AC adapter for my Dell laptop for work. I have to bring my work laptop home every night and this power cord means I can leave the original at work since I have it at home. That's one less thing to worry about. This adapter works perfectly.

The AC adapter/charger did its job and works well. The only disappointment was that my computer required a 90w charger, which is 65w. The advert was a bit misleading but not obvious (works with PC xxxxx& yyyyyy). The charger works with my laptop, but with a degraded charging speed. Buyers pay attention to the power requirements of their charging system.

This charger works very well. As it turns out, my problem with the other Dell charger wasn't due to overuse, it was due to having to use a surge protector. That solved my problem. So I sent this new charger back but it had nothing to do with its function. I went to an office supply store and they sold me an $80 charger and it didn't even work on my Dell laptop I was assured. Also, they had to order it and I had to pick it up. I was worried that if I order from Revain I won't get the right one…
