"Must-have for Computer Connectivity

This adapter has been a life-saver for connecting my computer to multiple devices. The video and audio quality are crystal clear, and the device is compact and easy to carry in my backpack. The only downside is that it can get a bit warm when in use for long periods of time. Overall, it's a great addition to any computer setup and saves a ton of hassle in connecting to external devices.

Broke after 3 months, Dell gives no guarantee.

Broke after 3 months. There is no strain relief on the connector coming out of the unit's body so all the stress is on the internal ribbon cable which broke after 3 months of use, all on the table - never moved except to connect/disconnect when the laptop was removed/replaced. UPDATE: Revain replaced it. Broke 4 months before replacement. Exactly the same error as the predecessor.

Disappointing quality of audio and video accessories

This little device showed promise but unfortunately it didn't live up to my expectations. It has three video ports: HDMI, SVGA, and Display Port. The problem is that only one works. If you only need an additional monitor, use a USB-C to video converter for a much lower price. This device will be returned.
