Description of Delphi GN10435 Ignition Coil with Plug Top

Delphi uses winding process techniques to control the length of wire between adjacent windings. That’s important because more length results in greater voltage differences, which in turn create more pressure that could break down the insulation and wire coating. Delphi's ignition coils are engineered to Original Equipment specifications. Delphi's ignition coils are designed with proven materials, such as high quality wires and wire coating that resists the cracks, pin holes and imperfections that most often lead to failure issues. Epoxy vacuum techniques reduce air bubbles in the epoxy, because having fewer air bubbles increases the epoxy's insulation quality and reduces the chances of energy punch-through failures. Delphi's coils are designed and endurance tested to resist the common stresses that cause failure.

Faulty Coil Ruined My Car

This Automotive Ignition Part is garbage. It ruined my car's engine and cost me a fortune to fix. The only good thing about it is that it was easy to install. But that's about the only pro I can think of. Stay away from this product if you value your car and your wallet.

Pros
  • Easy to install
Cons
  • Faulty, caused engine damage

2005 Subaru Outback 3.0r Misfire Fixed

My Subaru 3.0r h6 is misfiring on cylinders 5 and 6. I replaced the coils on cylinders 5 and 6 and the spark plugs on all cylinders and it caught fire immediately and the misfire did not return. The quality seems good and the price was the cheapest I could find for them online.

Pros
  • Replacement Parts
