I bought this fan to replace a fan that had become noisy and this fan is just as noisy. But it works and it's the right solution.

I've been using NUC 5 non stop for 6 years this all still works but I decided to replace the fan before the old one died. I knew the Delta fans were loud but they are very sturdy and the one in my 6 year old NUC which is always on still works fine and even when it is spinning I can't hear it. This is a functional but not EXACT OEM replacement as the original fan uses MagLev magnetic bearings.
