Finally shoes I can wear!

It is wonderful. I am diabetic and had trouble finding really light shoes that weren't so snug that my feet and ankles would swell. You are perfect for me. I received the second pair straight away, I was so happy with the first pair. These are shoes that I can wear on the go. The shoes I supposedly bought for diabetics used to be clunky and ugly. You are intelligent and beautiful looking. I have gray navy blue. I am very happy.

Pros
  • Easy to wear and put on on man's swollen feet
Cons
  • The shoes look good but are too small. So I recommend ordering at least a size or two larger than you normally wear.

Cheap unworn shoes

They are very cheap, very flimsy, the velcro doesn't hold the foot at all. When going up or down, the foot slips and presses on the toe or heel.

Pros
  • Comfortable, light, well ventilated
Cons
  • May not be suitable for those with stress fractures

Worst orthopedic shoes

These are the stiffest and most uncomfortable orthopedic shoes I have ever owned. There is absolutely no cushioning and they lay like a slab of stone on your feet.

Pros
  • Easy on and off for seniors
Cons
  • Had to go back... didn't fit

Nice shoes but didn't work with ankle supports.

I bought these for my elderly father who has leg swelling and neuropathy. He has ankle supports that help him balance and walk. I was really hoping they would work. He needs to be able to put them on himself and with braces that was next to impossible. The heel was too narrow and stiff to fit comfortably in the ankle brace. They are suitable for people who have problems with swelling - they open very wide and the Velcro is easy to adjust. They were lightweight but had good arch support. And…

Pros
  • This shoe was designed for an elderly person with limited mobility. But it was so easy to go crazy!
Cons
  • May not be suitable for those with foot injuries

super comfortable best in my rating

My dad has Parkinson's so he has trouble walking and I bought him these shoes so he can easily deal with them and he loved them, they weigh next to nothing and are very comfortable.

Pros
  • Fits well.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for those with leg swelling caused by other medical conditions.

Excellent post op shoes

My husband recently had foot surgery and cannot wear shoes due to the bandages on his foot. These shoes are very easy to put on and take off and are wide enough to accommodate his bandages. Great item and looks great too!

Pros
  • Very good
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people with Achilles tendonitis

The shoes fit perfectly. Velcro works well. The shoes are light BUT when I walk my feet slide sideways because the side supports on the shoes are flexible and don't have the support and cushioning I need in a diabetic shoe. I will wear them indoors to sit at my desk but for me they are not suitable for walking outdoors on uneven ground. I would have liked more depth in the shoe and more padded sides and then I would have given these shoes 5 stars. I would recommend this shoe if you need a pair…

Pros
  • Comfortable all day
Cons
  • May not provide adequate arch support for those with a dropped foot arch

Great shoes for people who have a hard time putting shoes on.

I bought these shoes for my 94 year old father. We tried (no kidding) dozens of shoes - he needed shoes that accommodated his feet, which swelled throughout the day, were easy to put on AND looked decent. This shoe fits perfectly - my dad's friends, his physiotherapists and doctors always ask for it. I have to admit they suit him! Worth every penny.

Pros
  • He wears them, the first shoes he could wear.
Cons
  • May not be durable enough for long-term use

Very good underfoot pad. The included pads look like charcoal filters, they don't stick to the floor so they get in the way when I take my shoes off and on. I have to put weight on the shoe before I can close it, otherwise the shoe is too loose. The toe of the boot is very thin over the toes, so my socks are showing! The summer will be GREAT! My feet stay cool!

Pros
  • Velcro closures are convenient. For example, multiple missions.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people with circulatory problems

Easy to put on - my new test report

My partially paralyzed relative is easy to put on and take off. The only complaint is that the stitching on the upper is unraveling and leaving holes.

Pros
  • Too long because we couldn't get a half size. I ordered 10 but I needed 91/2.
Cons
  • May not be breathable enough for those with sweaty feet

SO VERY COMFORTABLE

Anyone with a very wide foot knows how finding shoes takes a lifetime. If you then add "age issues" the fight gets even worse. These shoes are great. I ordered them out of desperation, not really believing they would fit (why should they when ANYTHING else doesn't fit). To my surprise they are comfortable. I wore them at home all day. Nothing burns or hurts. Today I had to tighten the velcro but I'm sure other days I'll be happy with enough adjustment. I recommend these shoes.

Pros
  • A little loose, I managed by inserting another sole so the shoes fit perfectly.
Cons
  • May not provide adequate support in severe cases of plantar fasciitis.

Exactly what he needed.

My husband has very wide feet and even the widest sneakers would cramp his toes. He has soft blisters. These shoes give leg room and are lightweight. Just received it and so far it's going well!

Pros
  • They are even suitable for swollen feet.
Cons
  • Well made shoes. No support when walking, my feet seemed to slip from right to left.

My 83 year old father is diabetic. When I saw him struggling to put the shoes on, I thought I'd buy him these to try out. He loves them so much that he asked for another pair in a different color. You really helped him a lot. He tells everyone how wonderful and comfortable they are.

Pros
  • Helps your diabetic feet
Cons
  • May not be suitable for those with high arches.

I bought these DENACARE shoes for my husband. Sometimes his feet are swollen, he has a bump and also one leg is noticeably longer than the other, which he can fix with the extra soles that come with the shoes. This is the second pair but a different model of this really light shoe that I have purchased from this company. My husband loves these shoes. I highly recommend them.

Pros
  • My husband is happy but I thought he wouldn't even try them.
Cons
  • May not provide adequate cushioning for those with sensitive feet.

Comfortable fit good for me

My husband is happy with these shoes. After major surgery, one foot was swollen and painful more than the other, and he had no shoes that fit him. Now he has something to wear that is easy to put on, adjustable in size and comfortable. I think he will continue to wear and enjoy them even after the swelling goes down. He usually wears a size 10.5 or 11 and we chose 11 and it fits well. One of the extra inserts was missing from the packaging.

Pros
  • He really liked the shoes. They fit him perfectly even though his legs are badly swollen.
Cons
  • Okay, light, but made in China, they're pretty narrow. I recommend ordering one size larger.

Consolation my rating: my rating

Very happy with this shoe. Bought them for my father. He has swelling in his legs. Thank you for the roominess and comfort of these shoes.

Pros
  • My husband loves them, comfortable and easy to wear
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people with strong bones

Strange shape: my review

The front upper of the shoe is slightly angled, leaving little room for the toes. You could probably increase the size to compensate. The upper is nylon mesh, I suspect it will wear out slightly in a few places. Soft and comfortable sole and very light weight but I expect they won't last much more than one season. Not many shoes for the price.

Pros
  • Bought for my dad who has swollen feet. He really likes her. I just wish it was a little wider.
Cons
  • May not be stylish enough for some consumers

Comfortable and easy to put on and take off

These shoes are just what my husband needed for his swollen feet. They're wide and roomy, and the Velcro closure makes them easy to adjust for the perfect fit. In addition, the company has added two sets of extra insoles, so he can choose from the insoles already in place, or choose a thinner or thicker pair. The company obviously designed this shoe with comfort and flexibility in mind.

Pros
  • Fits me just right
Cons
  • May not be suitable for those with a history of foot surgery.

Fit too loose feeling

The shoes look great at first glance, then when you put them on you realize that they are not that easy to put on. And the strap should have elastic band for you to fit tightly to walk smoothly.

Pros
  • The most comfortable shoes in my 77 years here on earth.
Cons
  • need quality control
