Good sound. OK Bluetooth performance.

Bluetooth is easily blocked by a physical barrier. Bad sensitivity. Boombox Bluetooth is more reliable. With a clear view, the distance performance is amazing. Fix Bluetooth and the product will be perfect.

The sound quality is excellent

We use this in band rehearsals to listen to songs from iPod or Youtube. I'm glad it has balanced connections going to our mixer giving good sound levels and no 60Hz hum. It works great for what we wanted.

Great sound, easy installation

Very easy to set up. After setting up my system in the usual way, the Denon unit took about 5 minutes to set up and pair. A minute later I turned on the music and it sounded great. Bluetooth range was just under 20 feet, but I laid out the antenna on a table. This may work better vertically.

Solid performance. Professional quality.

The unit works great, balanced sound for professional systems, excellent reception (50ft average line of sight). Fixes a BT connection and prevents others from connecting to it. You must physically press the pairing button to select a different source. When installed remotely, there is a contact closure for the pair's remote button, it works fine. Stable performance so far. I've been using it daily for 5 weeks.

Quality sound - no shine Bluetooth connection

I've used both balanced and RCA connections - no complaints about the sound quality. It's as good as any analog Bluetooth source I've heard. The range of Bluetooth is very small. I would say that even with an external antenna you should be done within 6-10 minutes. Also, I sometimes had trouble connecting new devices - pairing seems to take longer and sometimes doesn't work. However, once plugged in, the sound quality improved. 5 Stars !

How exactly the BT receiver is supposed to work

We use it to play music from an iPhone at dance parties and performances. The range is simply fantastic - from the exhibition stand to the stage in the hall with 650 seats, everything is within easy reach. The magnetically attached external BNC antenna sets this unit apart from anything I've tried before - mount it high up on a window or railing for excellent line-of-sight reception compared to other products with antennas inside with racked power and signal cables .
