I bought a downstream Denso 234-4621 I replaced the lambda sensors on my Acura 2000 TL V6. Not only were they terrible, burnt and rusty (especially upstream), they had never been changed in 16 years. This is a Denso UPSTRAM oxygen sensor that fits my 2000 Honda Accord v6 3.0 flex hose. I've done some flex pipe work and my guess is that the original sensor was shorted or something and was getting voltage above 1.0 each time and throwing a code.
