This compressor works great on my 2007 Honda Odyssey

This compressor works great on my 2007 Honda Odyssey. Installed a month ago, works great. Nice that O-rings were included. Update: This AC compressor is still working great after a year.

Perfect fit and very satisfied

OEM perfect. Easily swapped out for a 2005 MDX once you're familiar and proficient (and proficient) with light mechanical work. Mine had 2 ounces of oil so I had to add 3 ounces more. to the compressor before installation. Very happy. I have 4 Toyotas and 1 ACURA MDX AND ALWAYS go back to Denso (OEM) when needed.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Minor issues

Maybe I am, but.

Revain, Autozone and others said it fits right in with my 2006 Acura MDX. My mechanic said no. He was able to make an adapter to make it work, but not a direct fit. I'm not sure if there are any production changes to the MDX for this year that might affect it, but thought you might be interested. By the way, installed now, works fine.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • I don't remember

Wonderful. Excellent attitude.

For those concerned about ordering an OEM Honda, take a look at the name stamped on your Honda A/C components. They say Denso. At half the price of the part marked Honda it was a great deal. Fits perfectly, has been for 2 months and no problems. Do not forget that on the pilot you also need to replace the capacitor. The dryer is in the condenser. There is no other way to change this.

Pros
  • This is great
Cons
  • Expensive

Perfect for clutch failure in our 2006 Odyssey

Clutch failure in our 2006 Odyssey compressor. When I dismantle the compressor, I don't just replace the clutch, it often fails after a short time. I am changing the whole thing and this is an OEM part. It comes filled with oil so you don't have to buy more. It is very easy to install. I just watched a video on YouTube. In any case, our air conditioning works great again.

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • Exchange available

Ideal compressor replacement for 07 Odyssey ex-l!

Used to replace a faulty compressor on a 2007 Honda Odyssey ex-l. There are no problems with the device. A bit tricky to install but that's not the supercharger's fault, it's just like that on a front-wheel drive car when things are a bit compressed in place. :-). Don't do what I did. If you have a failed clutch or stator and your compressor has a few years/miles on it, simply replace it. Basically, you'll be doing the same amount of work. I replaced the stator and clutch on this 12 year old…

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Update available

Worked great on my Honda Pilot 05

Worked great on my Honda Pilot 05. Just a tip, if you loosen the 2 screws on the lower cross member you can remove the compressor right away. I bought a cheap vacuum pump here at Revain. Spent an hour vacuuming the system, changing the coolant and driving on. I bought a new dryer but didn't use it because removing the condenser would be a huge headache. It wasn't locked, so I hoped scrap metal hadn't gotten into the system. If anyone needs a dehumidifier or expansion valve, email me and you can
