Mycological use in laboratory and scientific products

Clean burn and easy to use. You'll need to cover it with a lid to put out the flames when you're done with that. Use denatured alcohol, which you can find at a hardware store or online. Ideal for mycology.

I was looking for an inexpensive alcohol lamp!

I only needed an alcohol distiller to build my rod and I didn't have to spend a lot to get one. This is the one I chose, shipped quickly, packaged well, looks good enough for what I need. After using it for a while, I could give a better review of the item.

EXACTLY as advertised!

Good quality product, I ran this lamp for 4 hours, it works great! The container does not heat up or heats up at all. The top is tight. The glass is strong. I like its design because it's "heavy on the bottom". The likelihood of it ever tipping over is very small. I highly recommend this item.
