I order this product which was supposed to get 24 but was only 1 in the box. I would like to know when the other 23 pieces will be reception. I was not satisfied with this order!

24 I got for the third time. I've lost a few teeth since the pandemic so they will be very useful to me until I get a chance to go to the dentist. Just keep going as you might get 1 but for me the 3rd time was a charm. To mark

After receiving the order and opening the package, I was not presented with 24 individual packages as described, but a package of 1 piece. If the request for missing items was quickly communicated, the replacement order will be sent on free of charge, but it arrived, it was again a pack, not the 24 described. I assume I will now have to return a package for a refund as that is the only option currently available.

I have to say I was concerned after reading the reviews but there was no need! All 24 received, size as pictured and 2 years before expiry date! Happy me!
