Description of DERNORD Stainless Steel Mini Ball Valve NPT Thread (3/4" Female&Male)

3/4" NPT Female&Male threads for connecting to male threaded pipe fittings. SUS304 body and ball for extra strength and corrosion resistance. Inline valve for connecting two pipes going in the same direction with Double-seal system. Heavy duty stainless handles to increase service life, fast 1/4 turn open or closed operation. Standard port flow for smaller valve size, each valve individually tested for maximum safety about Water, Oil, and Gas(no freezing)

Be careful. for my opinion

After installing this valve it leaked and when I went to remove it the valve came apart. The O ring got damaged and trying to find a new O ring was almost impossible. Wound up going to the local hardware store to buy a new valve.

  • Cannot Handle High Pressure: This mini ball valve is not designed to handle high-pressure systems, limiting its usefulness in some industries

NOT STAINLESS STEEL

This is obviously not stainless steel. It is chrome plated and then lacquered regular steel. It looks very nice on the outside and is currently sealing 150 PSI of air. We'll see how long it lasts.

Works but check threads for fit

This valve fit where I needed it on an air compressor, but the threads seem to be just slightly off from standard. I was able to thread it on far enough with plenty of teflon tape, but I don't think the manufacturing had it quite right.

  • With frequent use, this valve may be subject to wear and tear, leading to a shorter lifespan compared to larger valves

The value was perfect but did not work for me because the threads were rong for what I need but they are gat products Great!

Great product for my opinion

I bought this while I was remodeling my bathroom and they work fantastic. They don't leak or drip and I will definitely buy again

Used to replace plastic drain plug in camper hot water heater

Nice quality built item. Used this to replace the drain plug in our campers hot water heater. I had to remove and reinstall the blue piece via a small screw to have enough clearance to turn it in, but once installed there is plenty of room to reinstall blue piece and it is short enought to fit behind the water heater cover.

  • Added it to my steam radiator upstairs to allow for more flow when I needed it. Works great!

  • Susceptible to Leakage
