Desert Essence Coconut 🥥 Hair Care Set: Shampoo and Conditioner Review

I bought a grape and coconut set. CoconutSmell - ** Smells like a cheap coconut candle. It's not a sweet or beach scent. It has some taste. Persistent odor - **Almost disappears after drying. Composition - **** Does not contain Laureth Sulfate, which is good. Hair feels clean - ***** my roots don't get greasy as quickly after use. Hair feels soft - *** I have thick hair with a normal texture. The same feeling after washing. The hair appears to be hydrated - *** not really. It just seems normal.

Simply the best ever. I'm the type who never bothers to shampoo and conditioner. My wife uses it and I've run out of my brand MACHO. Used it to her chagrin but to my amazement. clean and smooth hair feel and organic. like the smell of coconut. Now we are a family of shampoos and conditioners.

Odd smell, not coconut at all. My hair feels coarse like I just jumped out of a chlorine filled pool. It also acts unusually warm on the scalp and has made it flush next to the forehead. It's either a bad product or I'm having a bad scalp reaction either way I won't be using it again.

The shampoo does its job well, but you need an incredible amount of conditioner for it to work. I have very long wavy curly hair that normally needs a lot of conditioner but this required an inordinate amount to be able to finger comb my hair in the shower. After about 7 uses the conditioner is almost gone. It has a nice tropical/coconut/vanilla scent that is very pleasant but doesn't last very long (1 day). I first heard about this shampoo/conditioner when I was on AirBnB. I decided then and there to get them. The shampoo/conditioner not only smells great but keeps my hair hydrated and tangle-free. Since my hair is curly and I live in a dry desert, I've struggled to find really great products and I'm so glad I finally found something that works. To be honest I've been looking for a vegan shampoo and conditioner for years that wasn't tested on animals. I have used so many. Some don't lather, others left my hair very dry and dull. But Desert Essence is by far the BEST duo I've ever used, even compared to expensive salon brands. It makes my hair so soft and shiny. Like a mirror shine. It lathers incredibly well, rinses off well and smells like a dream. I'm so glad I did my research and found this brand!

Desert Essence is my favorite shampoo and conditioner and I'm glad I stumbled across this item. Just a small amount, about the size of a coin, cleans my thick hair below my shoulders. Removes plaque and gives the hair a soft shine. The conditioner is super moisturizing and both smell nice but not overpowering.
