Desert Essence Fluoride Toothpaste - 6.25 oz Review

Very good toothpaste, not too coarse-grained and not too soft, just right for a pleasant-to-use paste! Great taste if like me you're looking for an alternative to mint. In addition, tea tree oil is very beneficial for the mouth and gums. IDEALLY!

First, this is a normal toothpaste. I love it because it's fluoride-free, amazingly cheap, and surprisingly high (if you like black liquorice). The first day I brushed my teeth twice because it's just so different, black liquorice taste in my mouth at best. I would recommend this to everyone! However, I wouldn't recommend this particular flavor (fennel) to anyone who doesn't like black liquorice, because that's exactly what it tastes like.

I used to use Desert Essence Natural Tea Tree Oil Wintergreen Toothpaste. When I ordered the fennel it was my choice because of the best price and I decided to try it. It's very different... Fennel is really strong and it took me a while to get used to it, but now that I have it I like it. However, I had to tell my husband not to even try... I know it would confuse him. For him, this is winter green again. I love Desert Essence toothpastes and will be ordering them in the future.

Sooooo chose fluoride free toothpaste and chose Desert Essence. It turned out to be ok (although I didn't realize I had ordered the fennel flavor). It took a few brushes to get used to but the black liquorice flavor. I will not order again this summer! I've been using this toothpaste for about a year. When brushing I don't have a problem with the paste falling off and I'm not worried about it not foaming and I like the mild flavor of the fennel. The fewer ingredients, the more I like it. I have contact dermatitis and allergies to many ingredients and herbal ingredients found in ready meals. I'm very picky about what I put on my skin and it won't break me and I feel like my mouth is very clean.
