Description is incorrect

The stool arrived 1" to 2" smaller than described and my cat, who wanted to use it to look out the window, didn't even stand up on. I also had one leg shorter than the rest and was staggering. Finally it came in an unfinished whitish color instead of the dark wood color in the picture. Send back.
