XD Design has made a great bag and I can already say that it will serve me well on my travels. The bag itself and its tech are great! My main problem is that Prime sent me a defective bag. I would give this five stars but my problem with it is that it's not easy to hit when trying to reach for something at the bottom of a bag. But that's on the rare occasions when I need it. I have included a tape measure with my photos so you can determine the exact size of the bag. I chose mint green because it's my second favorite color (after lilac). goes well with the gray on the bag. Choose something darker if like me you live in a dusty environment. I've been looking for a great everyday travel bag for years. I was a serial bag shopper. Crossbody, Sling, Travel, Convertible. Constantly looking for bags, using them for one or two purposes and having to move on to the next because they fell apart or worse, hurt me after a day of hard work. I was exhausted and unsatisfied. Then I found a Bobby backpack. I've had this bag for almost a year now and I still wear it like it's my favorite. Item still looks new after a quick wipe with a damp cloth.

This bag may require you to change some of your habits when you switch from other bags. I still give this bag 5 stars because with a bit of getting used to you can get a "near perfect” experience: 1. I used this backpack for traveling around Europe. It lives up to its anti-theft name, I've never once felt unprotected in it, not even on Las Ramblas in Barcelona where pickpockets are notorious.
