Not Worth the Purchase

Based on my experience, this product didn't offer any significant improvement to the performance of my car. The only good thing about it is that it is easy to install. However, it didn't do much to protect my car from the heat. An overall waste of money.

Pros
  • Easy to install
Cons
  • Didn't improve performance, didn't offer much protection from heat.

Fast parts delivery

I used a 3/4" x 3 ft sheath. It was used around a 0 AWG (8.25mm) starter cable that was installed very close to the catalytic converter. Magnet wire starters were double shielded so I folded the 3/4" grommet and used stainless steel zip ties to keep the folded grommet around the 0 AWG wire. + Looks like quality materials. + Good stitching. Logo (Clear logo solution - valve removed for a clean install)

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Some fuel lines and electrical wires are easily damaged by overheating.

Heavy duty engines generate excessive heat in the engine compartment, some fuel lines and electrical wiring are easily damaged due to excessive heat, especially some electrical wiring near the manifolds. Heat can reduce proper electrical current, using this aluminized sleeve I was able to reduce the heat a bit and keep my electrical wires carrying the proper current without sacrificing performance.

Pros
  • Absolute legend
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
