The chair itself is beautiful and good quality but the underside is not gold coloured. The color doesn't even match the picture.

The chair arrived already assembled in the box. The color and quality of the chair fully correspond to the description. It looks great in my craft/office space.

I ordered 6 pieces and they arrived at different times within two months. They were a little wobbly when assembled, and the legs weren't gold at all, they were dark bronze.

Great item, comfortable and beautiful. But mine came with missing parts. The little round black things you put under the chair, I only have two and I should have four, one for each leg. Otherwise it was a good buy.

Well my chair arrived without legs and that seems like a pretty big defect. The plastic part of the seat was also scratched. This doesn't inspire much confidence for my second order but will update if it proves amazing. UPDATE: the second chair arrived WITHOUT LEGS!

The chair didn't even come with screws to attach the top to the bottom and the bonanza is more like a bronze color. The white top looks very cheap. I am frustrated that I missed the return window for this item. I ended up throwing the shards away. :(

I've had several Eiffel chairs and love them. My 2 stars are here because they are not as pictured. I was very excited about the gold legs and then very disappointed when I saw that the legs looked like dark brushed brass. Not even close to gold. I would even be happier with bright yellow.

I received my chair today and am very disappointed and annoyed! The first thing I did was open the box and immediately noticed that there was no packaging material in it, so that the chair would not be damaged. Second, the legs of the chair are matte brown, not even metallic, and almost gold in color. Third, the seat itself is scratched and there are scratch marks everywhere.
