Simple beautiful easy to use

Bought this for my daughter to study, need to do outlines for her to fill in. This is a good set and I'm enjoying it. Nicely stamped, I think it will be nice when I'm done.

Pros
  • Interlock canvas 12 count printed in full color
Cons
  • Not bad but...

Suitable for a beginner like me

My cousin will be teaching me to embroider so I got this as an easy way to get started with this beautiful craft. My mother was a professional, but she couldn't teach me because she was left-handed. I like the blue color, butterfly design and portability of the kit. Everything you need is there.

Pros
  • Needle and fully illustrated instructions with color chart
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

Not Enough Background Yarn

This is an easy pattern (yarn is more forgiving than thread) and was a good way to test my arthritic hands to see if I could do similar projects. The problem was the pattern was stamped so crooked that I ran out of yarn to cover the entire blue background and make it an even rectangle and now I have to find a color/texture to match or pull out everything I can done and give the entire background a different color. I have made hundreds of these in my life and have never had a shortage of…

Pros
  • Acrylic Yarn
Cons
  • Ugly Packaging
