I work at a car dealership and do car repairs. I bought this product to make my life easier. Unfortunately the product broke 10 minutes after first use. It was a bit embarrassing as I wanted to show my colleagues but I couldn't. I am currently not allowed to attach pictures to this review but the large brush head broke in half.

I bought this so I can detail my truck but my grandson has been marking all the walls with permanent marker and is trying to figure out what I could use to clean his wall much faster and i realized i just bought these detailing brushes and they are soft bissell. I used it on a wall and it cleaned it with no problem and didn't damage the wall or paint. Good product and has already paid for itself. I'll buy another one just to back up. I am satisfied with this product.

Bought to clean carpets and car seats. They are not too hard but also too soft, ideal for cleaning carpets and seats. I wouldn't recommend it for cleaning anything other than carpet or cloth seats as it will scratch leather, vinyl, plastic and jets. They advertise that they can clean your car and use it on the paint or wheels but I strongly recommend not doing so. They destroy your paint and cover it with swirls and scratches.

This set has exactly the brush configurations I was looking for for cleaning coffee cups! I haven't tried it yet and I'm sure it will work. Interestingly, when I opened the box I noticed a bug crawling inside a plastic bag. I shot the bag of bug spray through the opening and killed the creature, but just in case I waited a few days before fully opening the bag. I'm glad I noticed the infestation before opening it fully; my first experience of such an incident.

This is the basic functionality. There is nothing incredible here. The brushes are not balanced, so they wobble a bit. This can lead to premature wear or breakage, but your experience will depend on your specific item. Some are apparently better than others. The extension quick release mechanism is basically garbage.
