These little flashlights are best for dark hallways and areas of the house that need to be crawled at night! I especially like the one in our bathroom - not too much light to keep me awake but enough for late night trips to the bathroom! Thanks for these great little affordable lanterns!

I bought a pack of these in June 2019. I was surprised to see reviews saying they weren't bright. They're actually too bright for me, but I'm not sure what kind of lighting to buy, so I'll buy them again. I still have the four I bought last June but I need one more and a set of four is cheap enough that I can buy four more. They last forever. I have some from 2011 that I'm still using.

I like this product very much! The fact that you don't have to remember to turn it off is a bonus! The sensor detects daylight. It is very convenient to rotate the light the way you want it. The light is very bright! Not too bright but not too dark that you have to strain to see. We have them all over the house! Kitchen, laundry room, my child's bedroom. No need to stumble to find the switch when entering a dark room, it's amazing! I would highly recommend!

Works very well. They turn on when it gets dark and light up my hallway and stairs well so I can walk around the house at night without turning on the lights and waking everyone up. Since they are plugged into an outlet, the battery does not change. The caveat is that your home needs outlets in strategic locations. I am a registered nurse working at a local hospital. The block I work in has only 10 beds separated by walls and a curtain that can be drawn for privacy. I work nights from 7am to 7:30am. So, after taking the medication at night and completing all the investigations, our only goal is to promote rest/sleep. The problem was that while the lights in the sickrooms (patients' rooms) can be turned on and off with the button on the bell, they are fully on (bright enough to land a plane on the runway).

These little lights are great. acceptable price. And they use far less electricity than typical Christmas tree-shaped incandescent bulbs (which burn out every few months). They rotate 360 degrees and are able to actually focus the luminous flux where it is needed. I have purchased fluorescent bulbs which I find to be much brighter than soft white LEDs.
