Fits G56 Ram manual transmission It comes with 3 adapters to make it fit. Installation took about 20 seconds. The only point to note. It's like having a solid piece of steel. This is my second DEWHEL pen. The first is on my Honda S2000 and this is the one I got for my new project car, a 2001 Lexus IS300. I don't understand why on earth anyone would want to spend more than $20 on a shift knob. The thing looks nice and it's very heavy, I mean it's a PIECE of metal. Dangerous if thrown at someone's head. With the adapter, you can install it in 10 seconds, so don't hesitate to buy other quick parts and save extra money!

This shift knob is fairly easy to fit and feels good in the palm of your hand. Because it's mostly metal, it gets pretty hot or cold depending on the weather. However, if it's particularly hot, this can be mitigated by simply unscrewing it and placing it in the glove box. Not sure if only some come with a metal adapter but the small round ones have a rubber grommet. Rubber doesn't make good threads. Eventually the set screws had to be tightened and tightened further until the screws actually broke through and began to sit on the shifter threads. Not happy about that. Luckily I'm a machinist and have access to a good lathe. New aluminum adapter demolished, everything is fine now. Keeps you warm as many have said. On the plus side. Nice color, handle feels great…

I did not use the ball as intended. I needed a good solid ball for the top of the arm. The lever has a wooden ball that is pressed and frankly not very comfortable to use. I knew I had to press the lever for the ball and was hoping that the ball's threaded hole would be large enough to fit through the lever. Amazing grip, very high quality all round. It has an incredibly smooth feel, as chrome should, and the threads are beautifully cut. The only issue I have with this knob is that the adapter is made of brass and doesn't screw all the way in, creating a visible and tactile gap between the knob and the mount. Mine looks immaculately made and finished, weighs exactly 160g (the seller/manufacturer should have provided the info!), the metal (aluminium?) inserts are light and fit well.
