The buckle is slightly wider for most belt loops.

Nice strong belt with a good magnetic closure. The problem is that the buckle is too wide. One pair of jeans and another six could only be tucked in before being put on. Even then it wasn't easy. The belt could only be threaded through the loop at an angle that was difficult to access. After stretching to make the closure, the extra strap wrapped around the middle of my back. Comfortable high quality braided belt.

Excellent heavy duty belt. I bought this because I wanted a good camping webbing. I usually avoid the "tactical" style of gear, but in this case I chose functionality over looks and I'm happy with my choice. The buckle is secure yet easy to use, and the entire strap is strong yet lightweight, ideal for hiking. My only complaint is that the adjustable end doesn't fit through the belt loops since the buckle is reversible. This means you have to remove the adjustable side of the buckle every time…

Great belt for relaxing. Easy to shorten if necessary. NOTE: ONLY SOME MODELS ARE STRETCH

This is a very comfortable belt. It holds your pants while walking and is comfortable while sitting. My old belt was either too tight when seated (thanks, beer belly) or too loose when standing, but it does both without adjustment. I can't believe some of the comments! The large buckle is a design advantage. the belt stays in place. . A loose belt is not secured properly, this design is reliable when done correctly. Dampener must be on the outside. If you want the flap to be on the inside, try a triple slip latch, which prevents slipping but makes adjustment more difficult.
