God, how convenient! I use them to make ponytails, pigtails, etc. and they don't scratch their delicate heads. This worries me a lot because I often buy combs only to find my kids won't use them. My 8 year old daughter always uses it to feel how smooth it makes her hair. My husband steals them for himself and we basically only have one or two in each bathroom and a few random spots. So we like them and for a family of 5 this is the perfect amount!

I was looking for a good basic comb to replace my old favorite that was missing a few teeth. I bought a few different replacements from local stores thinking "it's just a comb" but none of them worked. And surprisingly, there weren't that many easy ridges on Revane. So I tried this comb because it looked like my old comb and I got lucky. Now I like it more than my old favorite because it seems "right". A few months ago I ordered and received Dianne Barber combs and they were very good. They can be used, but they are very cheap compared to combs labeled 450 Cleopatra 1st order, and these are nameless cheap combs with very sharp teeth. I would not recommend them.

No description on Revain's website even indicates the quality of these combs. I took a chance that the quality would be "good enough" based on the reviews on the website. Luckily when I received the combs the quality was close enough to, if not quite, that of the ACE comb that I didn't have to worry about returning them.
