I'm blown away by this super comb. This is the first time I've seen one of my favorite YouTubers use the same brush every time she colors her hair. Although she is Asian and her hair is fairly straight, she bleached it VERY HARDLY and as anyone who can bleach their hair knows, when the hair gets porous it can be quite a challenge to style. Currently my hair is probably 5-6 inches long and I wear it 2-3 inches long most days. After washing and styling my hair in the shower, I use this product to comb and style my hair. I have an arsenal of pickaxes and combs and this one is perfect for the job. I highly recommend it for this purpose.

Just received and unused. I'm not sure I will. What worries me is how the comb teeth are shaped. Each tooth has a central suture that is quite sharp/raised. If you have thick hair it might not matter, but I'm concerned about the seams breaking on my mixed texture hair and damaging it when I try to detangle it. Other than that, delivery was quick, cost was reasonable, only one failed experiment was chalked up. Too many problems come back too.

This comb seems good, but not one that lasts forever (like goody combs). Although these are longer teeth, they are not far enough apart for me. The ends of the teeth are pointed and lowered to a smaller point that can break over time. For thick hair (4c) you need to detangle it with a shorter comb and then use it (otherwise it may get stuck at the root). It's good for detangling pre-combed hair, but not for those with knots (just to be honest). I wish there was a grip on the handle or something

I bought this so he can brush his beard. He is an AA member and his beard is a mix of straight and tightly curled hair. She's a year old so she's quite fat and a regular comb can't get in deep enough, he said he loves her and she removes dead hair but doesn't pull out the ones still attached. It also made his beard fluffier. Take it, you won't be disappointed.

If you have very thick 4c hair, this is the best comb. I've tried every hairbrush on the market for the last 20 years (I'm 41) and am so frustrated I never knew about this hairbrush. I tie my hair in a ponytail and then brush it back with a damp Mercer brush.

Huge comb! Definitely runs smoothly through your hair. Suitable for knotting, combing after washing or for anyone with a full head of hair. In fact my 5 year old is more into parting and detangling and I use it to lift the roots when styling my fine hair. Claims are true. Just expect a HUGE comb!
