This gel works well if you use it as directed and is very easy to apply. Using a pre-retainer and blue light for a beautiful white smile would help but is not required. Much better than gel and mouthguard. Try it!

So far I've been using it every other day as once a day my teeth get too sensitive. I haven't noticed any significant change but since it says to use it twice a day. I think I'll have to wait a while to see big changes. so clear because it's hard to see if you're applying it evenly. The pen works well and although the taste is terrible it goes away after a few minutes.

Good easy to use no abuse product and each product lasts 12 months. I love that I can see how much product is left and that they are easy to twist and apply with a brush applicator. It has a pleasant gel-like consistency so it doesn't flow. Very excited!
