Dickinsons Original Witch Hazel Perfecting Review

This is amazing! I started using it as a tonic and it completely transformed my skin. Unlike all the other products that claim to shrink pores, this one actually works and only becomes noticeable after a week of use. Combine this with pure aloe as a moisturizer and you have a skincare powerhouse. Save money on expensive products, it works better and faster, and your face will look radiant and younger-looking.

I've heard a lot of bad reviews about witch hazel being very dry on the skin. If you google witch hazel what seems to come first or negative comments. I've been using witch hazel since I was a teenager and it has never dried out my skin. However, I can use it differently than others. I wet my washcloths with hot water, put some on a cloth and rub it on my skin. I find it dilutes it to a degree, and maybe that's why it doesn't dry out too much. I use it every morning and evening. First, I remove makeup with cold Ponds cream and a washcloth. Then I do the final cleaning with this witch hazel on a cotton swab. I'm always amazed at how much makeup it removes.

I've read countless articles/reviews on multiple websites saying how good this stuff is. I have never used skin care products and loved it. I've always had enlarged pores on my nose. I thought it was a cleaning problem, no toner. I'm not kidding guys. After a week of use (I wash my face every morning) the pores on my nose are insanely smaller! It was a huge difference! I would like to take a before photo to show here. I highly recommend this stuff!

I should have researched witch hazel before buying. There is literally poison in alcohol. I had a horrible rash on my face that immediately crusted over. You cannot get a refund as it is a cosmetic product. Before buying, be vigilant - do not waste money in vain. A bottle of alcohol costs a dollar in the store, so the non-toxic part can be bought cheaply!

I got this recently because I heard witch hazel is really good for acne. I hardly used it today and honestly I felt like it got rid of a lot of dirt from my face what was bare the only thing that was on was oil from the previous one if you look at the second photo that's all that's left of it has stayed. First, it burns, there is a tingling sensation. So if you have sensitive skin I don't recommend using it. I have sensitive skin but it didn't give me a flare up or anything.
