DieHard 30485 Compact Wifi Smart 🔋 Battery Charger and 3A Maintainer for 6/12V Batteries Review

All instructions followed. The app does not connect to the charger, so control is not possible (the reason I bought this model). Called Revane who contacted DieHard tech support twice. They promised the "person in charge" would call. Never done. Don't buy this.

The charger works great, it was easy to connect to the internet but when I tried to register the product it told me the wrong charger ID or password, called support, they took my number and said , a technician would call me back to reset the ID # and PW It's been over a week now and still no response.

I bought two of these wireless chargers to monitor cars in the parking lot, one for me and the other for my son. My charger lasted a day and I got a notification on my phone that it couldn't connect. This rendered the wireless function useless, my son has the same problem with the charger that he has. You'd be better off buying a standard charger than spending money on a wireless feature.

Terrible experience. When I received it, I couldn't register an account to use the Wi-Fi function. I called the Diehards and they said their app was "not working" and would be fixed within a week. This should have been the wake-up call right here, it NEVER takes a week to fix a software issue. That was three weeks ago, still not working.
