Nice lantern, just what I was looking for. Just keep the lamp and oil separate until you need them. And tie it to your backpack.

High quality flashlight. This model is small but designed for small size. If you need a small flashlight for a specific application, this is ideal.

Made of very cheap metal material. I added oil and it ran all over the floor and over my hands. Extremely disappointed with the quality.

Very disappointed. They were cool and worked well, but they just started leaking like crazy. I've only used them a few times and they've held up well. Right now, they're just an oily fire hazard.

I had a red one like this when I was a kid in the 70's. A simple and efficient light source. If you're looking for a big, bright light, this isn't it. If you like the warm glow of a flame that will burn all night, this is for you.

Glad I bought this for emergency lighting before we had a forced power outage here in California. It's more expensive than the cheap flashlights you can buy at good sporting goods stores, but it's much better and I found it to be a lot brighter than those cheap flashlights. Took a whole night before needing to be refilled despite being so small. This is a top notch flashlight.

Arrived 2 days after the order date, very well packaged. The lamp had a few scuffs/scratches on the paintwork and the wire holding the globe was bent, easily repaired but minus 1 star (seems to be from the factory). The lamp itself works great! does not leak, bright light considering the size. He's smaller than I thought. Its height is about the size of a 25 ounce beer can.
