The item is easy to use and was able to fix discs that I couldn't fix manually (bought cheap disc scratch removal kits). I was positively surprised. This product was able to fix several discs for me that I thought were damaged beyond repair.

I have one of these on my old Hastings. Yes, you read that right, how old is what I have. Bought old PS2 games and needed a new buffer. Excellent price. Works well. at this time.

Loved my old one, it erased up to hundreds of DVDs. Bought a newer one, only erased 25-30 and ruined the Poirot DVD so I'm very upset. The collection is very expensive. If the new replacement is only enough for 25 DVDs (40 cents for DVD and two expensive ones.)

During the Covid lockdown my wife and I took out a 15 year old Wii and most of the 50 games were unplayable. I ordered this gadget and brought every CD to life. So 50 times 50 dollars was savings. Just before the holiday I sorted out some CDs that had been skipped for years. They had fairly bad or a lot of scratches (3 small children). In any case, if you had an original item and need a replacement, this is what you need, it will help. These wheels are only designed for this number of rims. I can't remember how much is quite a lot. At first I thought it would be perfect but after a few tries I realized it really is NOT perfect. Yes it is very easy to install and seems to fit perfectly but it has proven to be very inefficient. I tried it on about 3 or 4 discs (not blue ray style) and none of them got better. I hope I only have one bad bike since I got my Dr. Skip has been around for a few years now and I've always had good luck with it. I will try to return/replace and then update my review.

I originally bought them at my local Best Buy store in Grand Rapids but I am now ordering this kit from Revain. Instead of buying a new Skip Dr every time the grinding wheel wears out, I can just buy this kit and replace the wheel, cloth, grout and polishing pad. As a result, I've kept this device going for the past several years. your scratched and worn DVDs, CDs, BlueRay discs, CDs and video game discs instead of buying new ones for nasty scratches or scuffs that cause them to skip or freeze.
