Holds a lot, but drawers are difficult to open and close. You have to hold the crate and then open the crates. It's ok to keep in my closet.

I used this to organize small items that I need to look for in deeper, darker places. For example my daughter's hair ties, hair accessories, gloves (they are very small) etc. Now I can just open the drawer and take them. It has helped me organize these little things easily. It was just the right height for those things. Not very strong, just some kind of cloth-like material on cardboard.

I use this for my 9 year old's schoolwork that we keep. That's pretty much all that keeps it strong enough! It's easy to 'put together', but that doesn't mean it's easy to keep in any particular shape. It bends in the middle when you breathe on it or try to open the drawer. It would be ideal if it came with something sturdy to attach to the sides of the inside of the shelves. So if you can find a piece of plastic the right size, you'll have great little storage!

I would like to have this storage cube, even if it weren't as cheap as it is now. It's attractive and durable, easy to assemble and has a decent profile. There is nothing superfluous in this drawer. The drawers pull out easily, with the caveat that it's cloth on cloth, so 'easy' is a relative term. These are not boxes on rails or wheels. I love these closet organizers. I have an 8" x 10" closet and it gets so messy without organizers for things like swimsuits, bras, panties and other small items that you don't want to hang but want to keep in the closet.
