Really enjoyed making them this year. The detail of the wire hangar is charming. The instructions weren't very good. They were simple and didn't include things like the number of embroidery floss threads to use, and the instructions for the wire hangar were just meant to follow a printed template. They ended up being very cute and I happily give them to my kids to add to their collections.

The needle in the kit broke a few minutes after starting the first part. It was matte and did not easily go through more than one layer of felt. The parts were already pre-cut. Each sweater is individually wrapped, which is very convenient as small pieces of felt do not get lost. The quality of the supplied thread is satisfactory. These little sweater embellishments are cute and easy to make. but the floss (the thread you embroider with) is terrible! This is not a six thread like DMC or Anchor. This is a poor quality five strand thread that breaks and is almost impossible to thread through a small needle as it wears out a lot. So my suggestion is for those making this kit. If you have DMC or Anchor threads in your stash, use them! I also use small beads instead of French knots and they add a bit of shine and are much…
