I bought this kit because I liked the design but I am disappointed with the quality of the floss. The thread end is dull, wears out and doesn't last long when pulled through the also very stiff/reinforced Aida fabric. The kit wasn't super expensive so I guess you get what you pay for but I don't think the finished product will look very good.

I purchased this item and found while working on it that one color of thread was missing to finish it. I went to the manufacturer's website where they said they would supply extra filament if you ran out. When I emailed them, they told me to go to a craft store and buy some. I replied that I thought they would create an additional thread but they never responded. I think I'll go to the craft store to try and pick up some thread. This is a beautiful cross stitch. So beautiful that I decided to gift it to someone and put it on my wall instead. My only complaint is that they underfeed on a few threads and I ran out, but Dimensions are good at sending out more threads when you call them. You can get her number at 123 Stitch, which is where I got mine. That's the only reason it got four stars instead of five. As pretty as it is, sewing is easier than it looks. There is an online conversion of Dimensions floss to DMC but not
