I put together 5 large counting cross stitch kits from Dimensions and this was the easiest and quickest. Butterflies, flowers and leaves are cross stitched, reverse stitched and French knotted. The background (trees, grass and water) is all in reverse stitches. A thin golden border is drawn around the entire pattern using the coaching technique. I really like this butterfly cross stitch pattern. I haven't started yet, but I've been sewing cross stitch for over 25 years. I can't wait to get started on this. Fabric, dental floss, instructions all look good so far. I'm not sure I would recommend this for a beginner. Unless the beginner is well focused, doesn't have much patience and has never touched any needle.
