After some googling I found out if you only use it as a wire lamp. Instead of running it into the wall you just need to connect the white and black wires together and wrap them in shrink wrap. You can install it now :) I hope I saved you some time 😅 still a pretty lamp and it was still worth it even though it took some work 😊

Instructions were confusing. I was able to figure it out, but I think something should be clear when it comes to electricity. I wanted to use them as lamps and they were completely disassembled. It's nice to be able to hardwire, but I didn't expect to have to assemble everything myself. But - they look beautiful!

One, all come piece by piece with no instructions. What, first I'm thinking "ok whatever husband is an electrician I'm sure he can put this together" THEN in the middle of assembling the back plate that connects the light fixture to the wall? Yes, this black plate is upside down and cannot be removed without cutting the power cord. HERE IT HAPPENED!

Considering the price I am very impressed. I was looking for lamps for our bedroom which we are: 1. Less than $50 for a set 2. Didn't have to connect 3. Had a high end look4. Dimmable. They met all four of these requirements! The material feels a bit cheap and the instructions aren't very helpful, but with a little googling anything is possible. I am happy with the purchase!

They are pretty easy to install but definitely took some time. They look great but aren't the most durable. They are designed so that you can turn them whichever way you want, but the screw and dowel that hold them in place are loose. This shouldn't be a problem as we won't be messing with it, but I'm concerned that the light will turn towards it over time because it's so loose. Still worth the money for this purchase.

Assembly Required! Black wire to black wire. White wire to white wire. Twist them together and secure with the orange wire nuts provided. I used a ground wire and attached it to the base where the lamp screws were, then wrapped it around the ground screw and screwed it to the wall bracket. Yes, there are no instructions, but it's really not difficult if you want to understand everything. Although it's clearly not for everyone. It didn't take me long to assemble them and hang them on the wall with string. I made sure to make holes at the top and bottom so they both fit the stud/posts in the wall.
