We use DT for our wholesale/retail account which is great it makes my life so much easier having them do all of this behind me as I work from home full time! They are very fast at replying back when we have questions or concerns they can be contacted 24 hours 7 days per week via phone call text email fax etc really helpful if you need someone immediately available that day!! It's easy for customers who are unfamiliar or new at using it; as they can see their orders easily which is great when you're trying figure out what products your customer wants! I wish there was an option where users could add notes/comments about each order that would show up later but not right away so we didn't have duplicate entries of information showing online if someone had ordered twice by mistake (same SKU). I love that you can add multiple locations into one warehouse so it's easy for me as an employee to know where everything is at any given time! It also helps us keep track of stock levels across our stores which has been incredibly beneficial this year especially during COVID-19. There are some features (like adding new products) that require more training than we've received from them thus far, but they do plan to expand their training soon enough. I can see all of my items that are available for purchase at any time as well as how many units each item has left until it's out of stock. It is also easy to search by SKU or UPC code when doing an order. The program sometimes freezes up but this goes away after about 10 seconds so not much trouble there!
