It could very well have been a men's watch were it not for the sparkling crystals inside the dial. For women's watches, they are quite heavy and very solid. However, I'm not a small person and I love solid jewelry. I love this watch, it's quite bold but so am I.

Bought this for my sister's birthday and she loves it. My sister is 17 years old but she is still a kid at heart who loves Disney. She loves black because she finds it very elegant and goes with most of her outfits. The watch is simple yet stylish. My sister had to remove a few pieces of the strap because she has a very small wrist (but it should fit easily on a medium sized wrist, and if not it should be easy for a watchmaker to do). In general, she likes the watch!

I love this watch, it is exactly as pictured. I have a small wrist but it's not too big like some reviews say but I prefer a bigger watch. The problem was that it is NOT a button closure as described. Instead, you have to flick the clasp with your fingernail to open it, and it was too tight: it wouldn't open.
