Seriously. I understand this is a $10 watch but the quality is poor at best. The FIRST watch came with the bezel/glass removed and rattled in the box. The SECOND watch came normally. The bezel/glass came off when we took it out of the box for my 3 year old granddaughter to wear. Grandpa's quick thinking and some super glue saved the day. Completely unsatisfied

I bought 2 of these watches. One of the two arrived and the crystal was not attached. I wrote to Revain and they quickly sent me a replacement and return label for the first one. I got my twin granddaughters a watch for Christmas. I put them on my granddaughters and the next moment I realized that one of them had lost the crystal again. We ordered this for my 7 year old daughter. The first watch arrived broken - all the hands were loose and didn't work. The replacement was hassle free but after only lasting 4 months and wearing them less than a dozen times the minute hand is broken again. I will try to get a refund but I will not get a replacement as even a basic Casio or Timex from a big store is better quality. I bought my son's Batman version and had no problems, but he didn't wear it much either. I hope to have better luck
