Instead of paying extra for an HDMI cable and HDMI Lighting Adapter, this wireless cable is more convenient and easier to set up. YouTube playback in my new Sienna 2021 with no lag or issue. I recommend it.

This product is quite easy to install. Literally just plug in, scan QR code and stream. However, my problem is related to functionality. As you can see in the video, the image PERMANENTLY jumps from redshift to normal even when not connected to a phone or iPad. I bought it to use in my class. Imagine how quickly a bunch of teenagers would pass out while that's blinking, or god forbid one of them has epilepsy...

This is NOT a Google Chromecast! This is a similar product. But you can even use screen sharing for iPhone and MacBook! I was disappointed at first because I thought I got a Google Chromecast (I didn't read the full product description as usual), which I didn't. But I was very surprised to find that I could screen mirror my iPhone from my MacBook just as easily! No cables or anything like that, super simple!

The device was initially unable to transmit a WiFi signal to connect to the facility; I had to reset twice while holding down the backlit button before it finally decided to broadcast the WiFi setup. After adding the device to my Wi-Fi network, it would not accept airplay from my phone. I may have stumbled upon a broken one, but it looks like this setup process wasn't well thought out. There are some design issues with this device's power supply that also seem counterintuitive.

Very easy to install on my 2015 Samsung TV which doesn't support WiFi didn't even have to read the instructions. Simply HDMI and USB plugged into the back of the TV; turned on the tv then went to my android phone and selected smartview and within 5 seconds it found the device and i immediately mirrored my phone to the tv. This is a great product. It's not showing up on my Chromecast device. I looked at a lot of different products that I bought and some of them said their devices are not available for Netflix or YouTube. I don't seem to have such problems with anycast. The overall image quality is excellent or even better. Some changes have been made to the setup guide for the Samsung Galaxy S8.
