Works great on my Surface Pro 3

available My son uses our Surface Pro 3 at school and I thought it would be perfect for showing his work on a big screen as the Surface screen is a bit small. It (Mini DisplayPort to HDMI) came in the mail today and I hooked it up to a TV (it's a few years old - not 4k) that we use as a monitor for the PlayStation. It worked right away, no fiddling with the settings. We are very happy with this purchase.

Outstanding picture quality and ultra-portable design

As laptops become thinner and lighter, some features such as inch led tv screen. My ThinkPad had a mini display port and this handy little device solved my dilemma. Just plug it in and Windows does the rest. The picture is sharp and clear, and this adapter takes up very little space in your bag. If you need a small mini displayport to HDMI converter, this is what you need.

It "just works ". Best DVI HDMI Adapters

Don't assume that all of these very basic devices will work as intended, even the more expensive ones. Use it to connect MY Mac laptop to play streaming video on my 47" Vizio display. Bought another more expensive multipurpose adapter (HDMI, DVI and VGA) which was DOA. It does not work. HDMI from your laptop or other mini port display? Take this one.

High quality computer to monitor/TV adapter - easy to use!

Very strong adapter, good quality and great price. Just plug in and connect to your TV or monitor (I connected it to a 42" TV to use as a monitor connected to my laptop) and if it doesn't automatically connect to an external monitor or TV you will have to just press the Source button on your device's remote or control panel as you may have HDMI 1 and 2 like mine. My TV detected this automatically, but some may need to adjust using the source button until you get to the HDMI port being used…

Good price, solid build

I used this mini displayport to HDMI for my UO laser projector to connect to my surface pro 2. While there's a Bluetooth option, Bluetooth support for the Surface Pro series has a long history of issues, but it's fortunate to come with a mini display. This HDMI-converted dongle form factor allows for near-universal use. Although I've only tested the accessory with my projector, there is an available mini display port on my home desktop that I'd like to use for an additional HDMI interface. The…

My Lenovo Thinkpad T440p was talking to my home theater.

I don't know what made Lenovo include DisplayPort instead of HDMI outputs in their laptops for a while and I don't know how I missed it when I bought this computer, but they did and I did and I was stuck with a very nice and fast little computer that couldn't send the picture anywhere in my world (I'm a full windows computer human and an android phone human. No Apple stuff!), but this little adapter solved it. The only minor issue is that the end that plugs into the HDMI cable doesn't provide a
