I have used this brand a lot and decided to try the 'Ultra' version. I was surprised how much better the grip is. This makes a big - and I mean HUGE - difference when you're piping a lot and your arm gets tired or sweaty. As good as regular bags are, I will only buy these ultra bags from now on.

The bags themselves are excellent. I used to buy from a local store. However, I ordered 18" bags and they sent me 12" bags. I tried a second time and they sent me 12 inch bags again. After speaking to customer service I was assured that I would receive the correct item on my third order, but the third time I received 12 inch bags. It's great if you need small pockets but I don't.

I saw the reviews on these pastry bags and couldn't help but try them. I was looking for a bag that offers more space than what you usually get in kitchen stores. The textured exterior keeps the pouch closed and allows you a secure grip, resulting in steady and even pressure with the desired results on the cake. I will be getting these bags from now on.

A secure hold is achieved through a sticky uneven surface. It's like using a bag covered in sticky sand. There are no markings and I suppose they're great if you're having grip strength issues, but I can't touch them. Maybe if I wear latex gloves while decorating? Also, I'm not a fan of roll bags that I have to disassemble myself, but that wouldn't be a deal breaker.

These are the best disposable piping bags I've tried. They are strong, durable and easy to use. If you need to use multiple glaze colors and don't want to mess around with cleaning bags, these are the way to go. I have used them to glaze all types of cakes, pastries etc and have never had a problem with them. They are textured and don't feel like cheap plastic bags. You can trim the tip to accommodate any size tip. I will continue to buy these.
