Great product & perfect implementation partner

The ease of use, customization options available for our unique business model are all great! We have been able to solve some specific problems with this software that we had in previous systems (ease of creating new products). There's not much I dislike about it but if there was one thing - maybe integration into another tool would be nice? It could just help us keep up better w/our partners as well since they can pull data straight off ours without having any extra work needed by their end…

Useful and affordable toolset from trusted supplier

I like that it's easy to use for small businesses with limited resources, but also has features suitable for larger organisations too - we've used DUTEC in both capacities so far! Great customer support when you need them (we did at one point!). Limited customising options available due to licensing model of product which can be costly if not using all capabilities offered by software. We needed an Accounting solution as our business grew beyond what was possible within Excel or Sage One etc…

  • Ease/familiarity wih Microsoft Office tools makes transition easier than other platforms suchas Xero et al.for example
