I really wanted this to work because I like how it looks aesthetically. The wall mount platform just won't let you mount securely to the wall. We tried two different types of drywall anchors with two differently shaped heads and they are still very wobbly. All parts are also covered in a seemingly never-ending supply of lube that seeps everywhere when you try to do something.

Sorry, my return period has expired. We are doing a renovation, so I couldn't install right away, so the delay is the reason. However. When assembling pipes, I immediately felt that my hands got very oily. After less than 1/4 of the way through, both of my hands were completely black like I had dipped them in resin! I can't imagine anyone putting that next to their clean clothes. I wish I could return it. I'm not sure I would do this in my tool shed, it's so gross.

I received an email from the manufacturer explaining that it is raw and coated in fat, but the email was received after I received my package and opened it. After pulling out the materials I found that I had grease on my hands and shirt and was very surprised to find that it was raw metal with no fasteners. mm. Yes. So. I expected this product to LOOK industrial, not BE industrial. Everything, so many things. 1) the parts don't fit together unless you might have a rescue key handy, 2) the pipes are literally covered in grease, and 3) I need a bath. Jiminy Christmas. I bought this item for my Airbnb bedroom without a built-in closet. I can only imagine the rave reviews my place would have received after my patrons rubbed a white shirt on a greasy black hanger.
