It seemed a bit expensive but it worked. After updating the firmware in the camera and Ronin-S, the shutter release and focus wheel work.

Works great with my Canon 80D on Ronin S. However, I have not updated the firmware on my gimbal since purchase. I assumed it would have the latest firmware once purchased, but that is not the case. Update the firmware on the gimbal BEFORE using the chord, otherwise it won't work.

Very soft cable made of high quality material. I don't want a USB converter with my camera so I bought one. But it was too wide

This saved my life, now I can focus on the picture and no longer have to shake the camera when I have to press the capture button with my Canon 6d mii.

Do you have Canon 80D and DJI Ronin-S? You NEED this cable! Back in August/September 2019, DJI released an update for the Ronin-S that finally includes full Canon 80D compatibility! Up to this point I've used the included infrared cable to be able to start/stop video recording, but have always wondered what it would be like to use the follow focus wheel. I was excited when the update came out, but quickly realized I was missing a specific cable. (Ronin-S does not come with the cable needed to…
