This was my first choice when I decided to switch firms from another large international US Firm! Great organization, great team - super helpful people who work with you every step of way during your engagement. The cost for services far exceeds other options we have explored in prior years (and it's not as cheap!). If value/cost ratio were more favorable, this would be our preferred selection. I like that it provides excellent quality service for reasonable rates, without any hidden fees or surprises at end-of billing period time which other firms are known to charge you with! They also have great customer support people who can be reached via email in case an issue arises during your engagement when there's not enough staff available by phone/in person (which happens sometimes). Nothing really - just make sure what type(s) if work suits their services best as some areas require more
