Good product! best tools and equipment

Bought but returned. In the end I didn't need a new one. Check the fuses on the inverter (reverse polarity protection). I've had my current converter for over 8 years and that's all that was wrong with it. I will buy it again if I really need to replace the block.

Matches AGM battery perfectly

I wanted to fit an AGM battery in my RV because it is so much better than traditional deep cycle batteries. However, they come with a warning about overcharging damage if used with a regular charger (even a charger). I've had it running in my RV for about a month with a new AGM battery and it works great! Absolutely no signs of reloading issues.

Great charger! on chargers

I hike a lot (dry camping) and haven't installed solar panels yet. I outfitted the bus with two 6 volt deep cycle batteries and this charger. We use batteries for 2 TVs, a pump, lights etc most of the day and night. This charger brings the batteries back to full capacity very quickly with the help of a generator. Before I installed this charger, the generator seemed to run all the time. Those cats are meowing!

Mandatory for flooded T105 batteries

Excellent inverter/charger, powered all my 12 volt devices with no problems and charged my Trojan t105 bank batteries with no problems and in no time. Prior to this charger I was never able to fully charge my batteries without solar power, my original on board charger could not. I found no problems until I camped in a dry spot with very little sunshine dying from the tall pines. Last weekend I had to lug a jumper to my brother's trailer to charge his trojan because his solar inverter failed…

Not for flooded batteries

This thing charges at 14.76 volts, which is probably a bit higher for GEL/AGM batteries and normal for flooded batteries, but the problem occurs when it goes into absorption mode and the voltage drops. My other chargers hold the total voltage for a period of time to activate absorption mode and then drop to float.
