I ordered 12 skeins of embroidery thread as per the product description and only received 6. I also find that all solutions to this problem are dead ends as I only have one choice of drops. list down. and none of the true ones.

I apologize for the previous review. The embroidery thread was packed separately and fell out of the packaging when received. So I got all four strands of floss as ordered and am happy with the quality and delivery. Again, please accept my apologies for the previous poor review. Many Thanks. Johanna Peters

Not the first such review, not the last. But seriously, this is a pathetic strand at a ridiculous price. Don't be fooled, you CAN find someone to sell you a DMC thread for a reasonable price. For example DMS.

From the description I thought it was a pack of six - who would pay $4 when you could buy 12 packs of the exact same item for $10? I didn't need that much but I wish I could just go for 12 packs then at least I wouldn't have to return this tiny item and wait for a new order before I can start my project. Spring.

I was a little nervous because it was a dimensional craft and I accidentally doubled the backstitch instead of single; exactly as needed. But in the end it looks better. Everything about the design just pops up. At the same time I ran out of black. I couldn't find the actual color in the sizing project and later realized I could purchase another product as a conversion. This is great and now I know what to do if this happens in the future.
